Zip needs your help!!

Hello, my name is Matthew Howard, you may know me as Zip, I have recently been diagnosed with diabetes, I found this out on 10-16-23 when I was rushed to the emergency room of TMC by my wife, turns out the blurred vision, extremely sore stomach, excessive water drinking, dizziness and leg cramps was because of diabetic keto acidosis, I was unaware I was diabetic at all and thought it was due to anxiety.

fortunately, my wife saw the symptoms and bought a blood glucose test at CVS, my blood sugar was 479, so she immediately took me to TMC Hospital, and probably saved my life.

I know times are tough for everybody, but if you could help me and donate It would be much appreciated, I’m gong to have to stay at the hospital for at least a day and have all kinds of tests done. I have no medical insurance (most of us self employed persons can’t afford it) and I am in a bind.
