Ziggy and Mama

Hi, my name is Dixie, I was hit by a Speeding Truck when I was 19 and had to relearn to walk.  I moved to Fort Smith years later and I was diagnosed 10 years ago with Chronic Leukemia CLL after I went in to look at my Pelvis that was shattered. I have lost my ability to have children, so instead I foster lost and abused animals and spend my time with my Beautiful Baby Ziggy that you see in that picture.

My cancer has progressively gotten worse and I have to do chemo injections and pills. I’ve lost all feeling in my hands from my veins being blown out, so I had to have a port surgically implanted and I have hallucinations (sight and sound) from them as well. I can’t drive myself anymore because I have violent seizures and a couple weeks ago had a Stroke, so I pay for rides that are 1.5 hours away, just to draw blood and then drive back. The closest facility is so far away that I’ve used all my savings and can’t work to regain them. Any help for gas and necessities would be greatly appreciated. God Bless You and Yours.!
