Hi Everyone. I hope you are reading this post healthy and well. The last year has been unjustly tough for most of us, but it has been particurarly so for my good friend, Zia. 

She will hate me for writing this post because her pride prevents aid, but we need your resources now more than ever. In addition to losing her father amidst the pandemic and assuming his estate, she was recently diagnosed with cervical cancer. The services necessary for her treatment are not provided on Guam, so the expenses are unreasonably high. With family no longer around, Zia is left to manage the costs on her own. Like countless others, Zia is caught in a healthcare system that prioritizes profit over health, but with your support, we can overcome these structural barriers preventing her treatment. I truly believe it takes a village.
