Lunatics

Hello and welcome to the page that signifies a formal inauguration of the exciting project that is the film ‘Lunatics’.


Lunatics tells the horror story that ensues when a reality show set in an abandoned insane asylum takes an unexpected and deadly turn. 

We, Chris Moore and Daniel Kanfer, have been meticulously constructing the elements of this project since we began working in film together Sophomore year. Our complementary skill set that encompasses all facets of filmmaking will be our recipe for success...a dish that starts with Lunatics!

In Lunatics, we have created a truly intense narrative that is guaranteed to shock and horrify. Besides being horror film fans ourselves, we love horror as a genre, as it will allow us to create a film with high production values for a low budget, giving us the best chance for profitability in Hollywood’s most lucrative genre!
 

We have assembled a dream team of independent movie makers that are committed to help us take this project from Inception to Reality.  Our team members have directed, written or produced over 100 independent & studio films. Their participation in our project will ensure that we shoot a movie that will deliver maximum scares for minimal budget, setting the table for the latest profitable horror franchise!

Our goal with this campaign to raise an initial $25,000 in pre-production capital to take this project to the next level. This money will go towards completing the screenplay, creating a detailed production budget, and engaging a casting director to start fleshing out actors for the key roles in the film.
