የህይወት አድን እርዳታ ጥሪ!!!!Please Help me get Kidney transplant surgery

እመቤት ተረፈ ወዳጆ እባላለሁ፡፡

ነዋሪነቴ በአዲስ አበባ ኮለፌ ቀራኒዎ ክፍለ ከተማ ነዉ፡፡ ባለተዳር እና የአንድ ወንድ ልጅ እናት ነኝ፡፡ በአዲስ አበባ አንበሳ አዉቶቢስ አገልግሎት መስሪያ ቤት በትኬት ቆራጭነት አና በተለያዩ የስራ ዝርፎች ሳገለግል ነበር፡፡

ዛሬ ግን ሁለቱም ኩላሊቶቼ ሙሉ በሙሉ መስራት በማቆማቸዉ በእግዚአብሄር እና እናንተን በመሰሉ ወገኖቼ ድጋፍ በሣምንት ሶስት ጊዜ ለአሰራ አራት (14) ወራት የኩላሊት እጥበት እያደረኩ በፈጣሪ ፍቃድ ህይወቴን አስካሁን አቆይቻለሁ፡፡

አሁን ግን አልቻልኩም፡፡

የቅዱስ ጳዉሎስ ሆስፒታል ሚሊንየም የህክምና ኮሌጅ በቁጥር ጳሆ8/2967 በቀን 27/05/2014 በተጻፈ ደብዳቤ በአስቸኳይ የኩላሊት ንቅለ ተከላ ማድረግ እንዳለብኝ አሳስቦኛል፡፡

ለዚህም እግዚአብሄር ወድ እህቴን ወ/ሮ አበበችን አንድ ኩላሊትዋን እንድትለግሰኘ አዘጋጅቶልኛል፡፡ ሆኖም ንቅለ ተከላዉን ለማድረግ ከ2.5 ሚሊዮን ብር በላይ እንደሚያስፈልገኝ ተነግሮኛል፡፤

ነገር ግን እኔ አሁን ባለሁበት ሁኔታ ምንም የገቢ ምንጭ ስለሌልኝ እናንተ ዉድ ወኞቼ ተረባርባችሁ ህክምናዬን አድርጌ ለአንዱና ለምሳሳለት ብቸኛዉ ልጄ ትንሽ እንኩዋን እንድኖርለት ምክንያት ትሆኑኝ ዘንድ በፈጣሪ ስም እማጻናችዋለሁ፡፡

Dear Family and  Friends,

Some of you may know that I have kidney disease. Unfortunately, my kidney disease has gotten worse over time, causing my kidneys not to work well enough to keep me alive. I am facing this now, and my treatment option is limited to a kidney transplant.

The issue is that I am not financially stable, and I cannot afford the hospital bill, which is beyond my affordability. Therefore, I request you to please help me to cover my kidney transplantation hospital bills so the hospital can begin my treatment.
