Matt had been in the hospital for a period of

time and quietly passed on Sunday May 30th.

Matt was an amazing father, a loving husband, and an great friend to many of us.

His infectious smile and positive attitude will

be deeply missed! Although we have lost a

dear friend, heaven has gained an amazing

soul.

The Bradley family ask for your prayers and
