Get Frankie Kuzba/Delafosse home

hi everyone, I'm asking for support in helping getting Frankie home and buying equipment which will give him as much physio as possible when home.
On April 17th 2015 his life, and everyone's life around him changed forever. Frankie and his mates , and I ... His girlfriend were at flipout in warrawong. A trampoline fun park.
Frankie dove into the foam pit at a height of around 5-6 metres straight onto his head.
When Frankie dove into the pit he broke his neck in 4 places. From his c2-c5 and was instantly paralysed from shoulders below, he could not breathe properly and was lucky to be breathing at all. He was taken to Wollongong hospital to get an X-ray and the damage of the injury was too serious he was transported straight to Prince of Wales hospital in Sydney, to intensive care. He was diagnosed as a c4 quadraplegic complete .Frankie was asleep for 12 days in and out of being seduced. He was ventilated and at one stage almost left us. There was a chance he would be ventilated for the rest of his life but he pulled through.
It has now been 3 months and Frankie has gained a little mobility in his forearms, although he may need nerve transplants for his biceps to be able to gain mobility in them, he is still unable to enjoy life.
Frankie is coming home in the end of October and Are struggling financially, we are in need of money to be able to make the home suitable enough for him to come with + the equipment, such as a hoist, a bed etc and also things to be abl to do physio which will cost a lot with while home. We are most in need of a suitable van to transport him home.
Any support will be great and to help Frankie have as much of a good life as he can and gain as much mobility as he can as the doctors have given him 5-10% chance of walking again .
This is a massive fight for Frankie and we want to give him everything that we can but is very hard as not enough money is earned, frankies mum is losing her job as the business is shutting down and his dad is getting paid as much possible but just isn't enough to be able to give him everything he needs, and I myself have given up my job to care full time for Frankie. We will be holding fundraisers and getting as much support as we can but I thought this site is a start and maybe it could be a shot.
Being a quadraplegic at such a young age or any age at all is very devastating and also limits how you live life, especially when he is only a 19 year old boy trying to have fun.
Any donations would mean the world to us.
