Nala needs your help

Have you ever had a puppy? 

They are the cutest, sweetest looking balls of fur... if they're not yours.

Puppies are actually little devils; they will pee on your bed, destroy everything you own, make your life miserable - at least for a few months ...

.. except for Nala. 

Since day one, Nala has been an exceptional dog. All she's ever wanted was love; she listens carefully, sits calmly, waits for directions. She is the easiest, sweetest little soul that will do anything to please you.
Her family takes her everywhere. She's a mountain dog, a crag dog, she's slept in tents a bunch of times, she even paddleboards ... up until recently, she was living the best life a dog could live.

Three weeks ago, Nala started looking a bit depressed. Mom tried cheering her up with her favorite toys; a few days later, she got a pretty nasty eye infection. Mama bear went to the vet, got eye drops, and treated her. Shortly after, she developed a high fever. She stopped eating, became lethargic to the point of not being able to lift her head sometimes. She spent a few nights at the vet, on IV fluids. Blood tests. Ultrasounds. Cold compresses. Steroid shots and antibiotics. Occasionally, she'd seem better for a day. We'd all get hopeful, but then she'd crash again. She's seen 10 vets so far. No one knows what is wrong with her.  Nala has a "Fever of unknown origin". 

The disease Nala has seems rare. She still has her happy moments so we are hoping to find out what is going on, and treat her for it. The doctors are positive that she could recover. Problem is, vet bills are insane and we are normal people... please help us help Nala, anything will help.
