On 02/20/24, Zhanna came to realize that both of her legs went completely numb when she got up to use the restroom and fell over. Zhanna was rushed to the hospital where multiple tests were performed on her. Doctors diagnosed her with a disease called Guillain-Barré syndrome. This syndrome is a condition in which the body's immune system attacks the nerves and muscles, causing weakness. She has lost full sensation in her legs, causing severe pain, which is effecting her ability to walk. She was transferred to a rehab facility where they had to work with her to teach her how to walk again. If you know Zhanna, then you know that she has a generous heart! This is our opportunity to help in her time of need and recovery! Due to this unexpected emergency, she has been absent from work.
