Please help me save Piper

Hi my name is jillian. I brought home piper almost 2 years ago. She has an emergency visit to the vet on 12/9/21 and had to come back for an X ray and blood tests on 12/10/21 where we found out she is currently going into kidney failure. It was honestly a blessing bringing her home and I feel like I’m failing her right now and would appreciate any help I could get to help save her life.
