I never come out and ask for any "personal" help. However i have a problem. My own personal dog is sick and I have spent over $17,000.00 last year supporting our Greyhound adoption program and now i cant help my own. Hector does all the promotional events for Pups Without Partners. In Decemeber he went to the vet for routine check up and found he had hookworms. Not surprising as he lives with anywhere between 10-27 greyhounds fresh off the track awaiting adoption. Hector was treated for the worms and put on heartguard hopefully to prevent this from happening again. Shortly thereafter he started to loose weight and have diarrehea. We treated as normal flagyl and antibiotics. He never got better. So know we headed down a differnt path. Treat for potential IBD. Expensive food, blood work, ultrasound all wre performed. Not getting better still. As a last ditch effort we have scheduled him for a biospy today. So by next wensday I need to raise money to pay for said Biospy. I will not do this under my charity as he is not avaialble for adoption. Hector is the programs mascot as i stated before he does all our promotional work to advertise what great pets greyhounds make. Im asking everyone I know how tight money is but if you can give anything i will be forever thankful. I cant loose one of my own after all i do for the "other"ones Not looking for pat on the back either. I asking for help for HECTOR.
