Wren's Recovery

Wren Cochrane is a 17 year old South Plainfield resident who recently was involved in a severe car accident in which her vehicle rolled over the median on Rt 287.

By the grace of God, Wren was pulled from the vehicle which was leaking gas and other fluids, by a good samaritan who stayed with her until EMS arrived.

Wren spent three days in the ICU at Robert Wood Johnson hospital, where she was treated for serious injuries to her head and neck. She underwent surgery to one eye and forehead, skin grafting, and extensive stitches.

Wren is an honor roll student at Hunterdon Preparatory School, and has wonderful emotional support from her family, friends, and 4-legged companions. Her recuperation and recovery will be ongoing and will require multiple therapies, treatments, and procedures.

The financial impact of this accident will be tremendous, and Wren's family should be able to focus on her full recovery without added stress. They need the support of their family, friends, and community to help ease some of this burden during Wren's recovery.

Thank you for your support!
