We are excitedly getting ready for another excellent school year and the Second Grade teachers, Mrs. Bushnell and Mrs. Brown, have been working hard to prepare for this new troop of 44 outstanding 2nd Graders. Through the process of working with these truly gifted teachers, it has come to my attention that Mrs. Bushnell and Mrs. Brown would both really prefer to have working classroom activity tables rather than traditional desks. The structure of the learning environment as well as the lesson structures with in these 2nd Grade classrooms dictate a need for this transition. In an effort to gift these teachers with what they truly want, I am asking for any monetary donations that you may be able to give in order to make this happen for our remarkable 2nd Grade teachers. So often we gift our teachers with wonderful tokens of appreciation. What a truly wonderful way to show appreciation for their craft through the gift of tangible classroom enhancements! Below you will find a break down of the price for items that we wish to purchase. A total of 44 chairs and 12 tables will be needed to accomodate both 2nd Grade classrooms. Please consider giving an exact dollar amount to purchase one or two items to assist in our over all mission of . . .
