Dennis Memorial Fund

Dear Friends & Family,

My name is Alissa and I'm a good friend of Paula's. I'm writing you today with a heavy heart. Our dear friend Paula's love and first-born Dennis is waiting to be called home. The cancer has returned and encapsulated his brain, heart, and lungs. He is in hospice where he is enjoying his last moments of Carmel frappe drinks, his squish mellows and singing songs. If you have been following Den's journey you know he fought cancer aggressively to where he was in remission. The cancer came back fast and furious, and he's decided that he wanted to spend his last days enjoying his family and precious kitten Noami. After visiting him in hospice this morning, I believe Den wants to know his mom and brother Jeremy will be ok when he has transitioned. Dennis kept saying "I love you," to Paula this morning. It was the sweetest and most precious moment to experience.

Paula has experienced extreme financial distress and will have a huge expense with preparing a memorial service. I know she wants to be able to celebrate Den and give him respectful memorial. Any financial donation you are able to give will be helpful to the costs any surmounting bills and funeral expenses.

Paula is very thankful to God that she has many friends and family who support her. She often tells me of how blessed she feels. She said today "Den you are special and God gave you to me, I love you." Please continue to pray for this family as they go through the next few days and weeks.
