Zoey, Now I Lay Me Down To Sleep
Donation protected
It's with heaviest heart that I start this campaign today for our very dear friend Chantel and her family. As most of you know, Chantel was carrying her third child and was due this month. Although she had a healthy pregnancy, on Monday July 13th, she heard the devastating news that baby Zoey's heart had stopped beating. This is every pregnant woman's worst nightmare and the pain of losing a child is quite possibly the closest thing to absolute destruction that any mother can endure. Chantel and her husband Jason were forced to explain to their other two kids that baby Zoey would never be coming home. That they would never get to hold their baby sister, or fight over toys with her, or kick her out of their rooms. They will never get to help teach Zoey her ABC's, or go on a family vacation with her. No, instead they will say their good bye's to their baby sister and ask questions as to why God gave them an "angel baby" instead of giving them their baby sister.
Through all of this tragedy, Chantel and Jason are doing their best to place one foot in front of the other and plow a path through this devastation in attempts to lead the way for not only themselves, but for Dustin and Madalyn too. The outpouring of love and support from family and friends is an absolute true testament to the Fry family's character. This account was started with the hopes of possibly off setting some of the financial demands of unexpected burial costs, and possibly give Jason some time to stay home with his heartbroken wife and kids. Generosity comes in many forms, and Chantel is by far the most generous person I know. If she, or her family have ever impacted you with a smile, kind words, or giving heart, then I'm sure you are wondering how you can help them as well. If you're inclined to donate monetarily, this account has been set up for your needs. Other ways you can help support this family are through loud tearful prayers, a card sent to them with loving words of support, or by offering to babysit Dustin and Madalyn for an afternoon when things start to settle down. This family will need us, her friends and family, in days, weeks, and years to come. This isn't a pain that will ever heal, and they all need to feel our love and support.
