My name is Rosa Alvarez, I am 52 years qold, I am from Venezuela, during 2016 I was diagnosed of multiple myeloma (cancer of the plasma cells in bone marrow). Since then, I have been bought medicine for cancer treatment (chemotherapy) and all my savings were spent in medicines. My doctor says that I am a candidate for bone marrow transplant. This operation is only available at private clinic in Venezuela. In additional, cancer treatment must be purchased abroad (in Venezuela are not available these kind of medicine). Mi nombre es Rosa Alvarez, soy venezolana, tengo 52 años y en 2016 me diagnosticaron mieloma múltiple (cáncer de medula). Desde entonces he tenido que comprar las medicinas para la quimioterapia y ya gasté mis ahorros. Mi doctora dice que soy candidata a trasplante, pero solo se realiza actualmente en clinica privada aqui en Venezuela. Y claro además debo comprar el tratamiento en el extranjero.
