Kylie's Porch Lift

This is my young friend's porch lift.  Kylie is a sweet 18 year old young lady who is wheelchair bound.  She's beautiful and smart but can't walk.  As you can see, the lift she uses to get in and out of her home has rusted and falling apart.  The company that installed it, knowing full well it would be outside, used steel to construct it.   The cost to repair is $3500, but that's just a bandaid. Unfortunately, Easter Seals and their insurance plans won't cover the cost for repair.  A plee to friends and family for help have fallen short due to a lack of skilled welders available.  Kylie needs a secure, durable and safe unit.  

I'm hoping there are people out there who can help this sweet girl and her mom to replace this rusted piece of junk with a unit that will last.
