Been out of work since march due to covid, severe back issues , also right hip trouble walking, 8 days in hospital for ruptured abscess on colon ,diverticulitous also enlarged aorta, need to see a cardiologist, urologist! no insurance, no savings been home 2 weeks bed ridden not able to provide for myself and can't get ssi and no medicade, exhausted all my finances paying off rent, indesperate need of financial help to recuperate and pay off mounting medical bills.
