Help with Healing

My sister was a innocent by-stander enjoying herself out with friends. An altercation occurred, and the lady got in her car and flew in and out the parking lot and up and down the street. While running to safety my sister was hit and she drove over her and left her for dead. She suffered 2 broken ankles, concussion, her head was busted, she is unable to walk(and has other injuries). She is unable to care for herself, and her 1yr old daughter. Her and her Mom are suffering great wage loss due to her not being able to care for herself and being them both being unable to work.
