Bring Our Girls Home
Donation protected
We are Jake and Jess Foutch. We have been married 8 years. We live in beautiful Wyoming. Jake works as a Police Officer for our city and Jess is the Director of a Daycare. We are very driven, hard working, honest, faith-driven people, who seek to make a difference in this world, no matter how small. We have never had any biological children and have recently found out our chances for conceiving our own are slim to none.
We have always talked about adopting even if we are blessed with our own. Over the last couple years God has lead us to an awesome oppurtunity.
We are raising funds to adopt two older orphan sisters from the Philipines. They are 10 and 12. Their story, like countless others, is heartbreakingly sad.
We are participating in an advocacy program, through Catholic Charities, that brings older orphans, to the U.S. for a visit, to introduce them to potential forever families. This program is incredibly successful!
We chose to have these two girls come stay with us and we have since decided to adopt them, which we are very excited about!
Sadly it is incredibly expensive. Its honestly, incredibly overwhelming. We are fully conviced that this is where God has lead us and know that he will provide for these precsious children, who he loves more than any human ever could.
There are so many orphans in this world who wait and wait and wait for a family to give them a home and love. Unfortunatley the majority of them never will have a family. Imgagine growing up in an orphange or group home. Imagine never knowing the love, security, safety, and acceptance of a family? The lack of these things can be devastating for children.
We believe we can be the family that these two precious gilrs long for. Our hearts are breaking for these girls who we haven't even met. We want to be there family and give them the chances they deserve.
We are asking for your help. Not for us, but for them. Many people have questioned why we would want older children. Won't it be difficult? Won't they be set in their ways and hard to change? Do you know what you are getting in to? The answers aren't easy ones. Yes, it will be difficult. Yes, they will be set in their ways and no we don't know really what we are getting into. It comes down to this. God took us, with all our sin, flaws and horribleness, and adopted us into His family and loves us uncondtitionaly no matter what and He has never left us or forsaken us. How then can we do anything less than that, for these girls who God has put in our lives! It is what disciples of Christ are called to do. So we are doing it!
We are not all called to adopt. However, we all are called to love and you can do that through prayers and donations. Please share their story.
We are asking you, on behalf of these girls, to help us make their dream of a loving family come true!
