Hello everyone,

I am setting this account up to help my dear friend Anna and her beautiful family. Anna has recently received news that would rock anyone's world. She has thyroid cancer, the stage is still to be determined, likely by the end of this week. Her physicians are treating this aggressively and have the thyroidectomy scheduled for March 17th. Chemo and radiation therapy will be determined if necessary soon.

Anna is a wonderful, loving mother of 4. She dedicates every moment of her life to her family. Her husband Phil is the same way; he works very hard to provide a loving home for the family. Both have always been so selfless of their own wants to make sure the children are provided for. Anna is the person who would and does drop everything to help someone in need. Even now, after being told this news, she still asks if there is anything she can help with while talking to her. Anna is strong and a fighter.

She will be needing her husband to support her on this next journey towards a healthy future. This will require time off work to care for the littles, attend appointments, and care for Anna after the surgery. He works a commission-based job, so while he has FMLA, each day greatly affects the monthly income they take in. That being said, I am hoping to raise funds to help with food, medications, and child care expenses during this time.
