Hi, my name is Lou Michalek, and I am fund raising for mental health care for my daughter and my family. Some of you know what has been going on the last 5 years, and some of you don't; please feel free to reach out to me for more information.

Long story short my daughter has sever PTSD, which translates to her being unable to leave the house without her father or I, she has major depressive disorder, generalized anxiety, social phobia, agoraphobia, ADHD, and disassociation.

We have found an amazing place for her to receive residential treatment, and we are responsible for the difference which is 100% starting in January, which is where the issue arises.

Anything collected will go to her medical bills, (current and future), and the hope is that this facility will help her deal with her trauma and make it so she can leave the house without her father or I. Maybe go to a movie or go to college in the fall.
