Zero's Final Expenses
Donation protected
UPDATE: I cannot believe the outpouring of support I've received. I made this so friends could more easily help me out with the expense, but people have gone above and beyond. I'm truly blown away. Obviously no amount of money can ever bring my boy back to me, but knowing I was able to do the best for him to honor his memory is amazing. I cannot thank everyone enough for every single donation. It means so much to me. I'm forever sorry that I was not able to give Zero the life I promised him, but all of your support will aid my recovery. THANK YOU all, so much, from the bottom of my broken heart.
On September 9th, at around 2am, my 9 week old Samoyed puppy Zero suffered a horrific accident and choked on his kibble. Despite my desperate attempts to save him with CPR, I was unable to and he tragically died in front of me. By the request of several of my friends, I'm setting up a fund to help cover his final expenses. I had him brought to the only 24 hour emergency vet in my area - even if I had brought him immediately, he most likely would not have made it due to the severity of the incident. The money will go toward the aftercare cost from the vet, as well as cost for cremation. If the goal is reached and any additional money is raised, I will be using it to fund the therapy I will be seeking due to the trauma of the event, as my insurance doesn't really cover that very well.
Thank you very much for reading. Many of my friends and family loved Zero, though most did not even have the opportunity to meet him before he was taken from us. His short time on this earth brought joy to so many people, myself most of all, and I swear to honor his memory as best I can. I would have had Zero for only a week as of the day of writing this. It's a horrible tragedy and I'll be forever questioning myself, but the outpouring of love I've received from those around me has been a tremendous help.
Thank you all so much.
