Help Our Healthcare Heroes

Dear Friends,
Our names are Uma Kaushik and Eesha Kaushik. We attend Syosset High School and are just as shaken as you are about the recent outbreak of COVID-19 in the world. This outbreak has hit home and turned our daily lives upside down. While both of us are stuck at home, working on school work and listening to the news we are alarmed by the fact that our healthcare heroes are fighting this pandemic without adequate supplies like masks, gloves and gowns. We feel the urgent need to provide our healthcare heroes with the right protection to fight this war.
Our father is a doctor and we cannot even imagine him going to work everyday, treating patients with no protective gear.
Hence, we decided to create a go fund to support our doctors, nurses, and other healthcare heroes so they can effectively treat patients while staying safe themselves.
We are raising money and collecting much needed medical supplies like masks, gloves, and gowns to protect our healthcare heroes.
EVERY SMALL BIT COUNTS AND TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE!!!
Your generous donations will go to St. Francis Hospital in Roslyn, NY and other Long Island Hospitals to support the health care heroes at the forefront of fighting this pandemic.
