As many of you know, Sam has been struggling with organ failure. She has been quiet about this battle up until recently when it landed her in the hospital more than 2 months ago.

Sam needs a transplant, but in the meantime is taking leave from work and has a highly specialized diet, transportation and housing needs. Medications are insanely expensive. She is in need of many things, including love and support. Any financial support you can give this young woman while she goes through through this unimaginably tough time would be greatly beneficial and so appreciated.
