Zena Needs Life-Saving Surgery

Hello friends, our family German Shepherd, Zena is an extremely sweet and kind dog that has been with us for the past 7 years. Today, we noticed she was not acting the same and gagging like she wanted to throw up, so we rushed her to the vet and were told her stomach flipped upside down 180 degrees. Unfortunately, vet bills are reaching up to $10,000 for surgery, and for us, we will do anything to help our fur babies. We are hoping anyone will be willing to help with anything, and it will be GREATLY appreciated.
