Amy Babcock

Hi,

Our beloved friend Amy Babcock had a horrible bicycle crash on Saturday, Sept. 10th. She was hit head-on by a car when she was descending Summit Road. She was airlifted to West Valley hospital and is still in the hospital. Fortunately, she is alive and did not suffer any broken bones.

The crash was a blessing because she found out she had a torn Aorta (still waiting on the final diagnosis). The tear will need further treatment, possibly surgery. We are waiting on the cardiologist to provide additional details. She is still in the hospital due to a pulmonary embolism, the heart condition, other injuries from the crash and a bad concussion. Her bicycle and helmet were destroyed in the crash. We are setting up this gofundme to cover her extensive medicals bills.

Amy is a figher and one of the kindest people I have ever been lucky to call my friend.
