Support Brandon's Fight for Life, End Stage Renal Failure

Brandon was diagnosed with Type 1 Juvenile Diabetes at the age of 8, a lifelong condition where the pancreas makes little to no insulin. Now at the age of 31, Brandon is in End Stage Kidney Renal Failure. He is currently receiving kidney dialysis treatment 3 times a week through a temporary port and is on the transplant list for a kidney and pancreas.

In the next couple of weeks, Brandon will have surgery to have a more permanent port put in his stomach. He is currently unable to work and will be unable to return to work until after transplant surgery; it will be a long road to recovery.

On top of reduced household income, Brandon and his wife Jackie will have the financial burden of medical co-pays, prescriptions, and dialysis supplies.
