Zegeye Maru

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Zegeye Maru on October 19th, 2022 at 2:25pm. After many years of sickness, he has found rest. He was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend.

Zegeye was a very welcoming man and he loved his country and community. He was great at gathering our Eritrean community. He worked hard to serve every newcomer make their lives easier. His home was everyone's home. Zegeye loved everyone, and everyone loved Zegeye. He will be put to rest in his beloved country Eritrea. We look to you all to assist with travel and funeral fees for Zegeye's family. Thank you for your support through these hard times!
