Zed's Top Surgery Fundraiser

Hi! My name’s zed, and I’m a 22-year-old trans student saving up for top surgery.

I was referred to the gender clinic two years ago but haven’t heard back from them. The waitlist for a first appointment is 3-4+years, and I don't want to wait indefinitely on the NHS. Therefore, I am looking to raise £2,000 to help meet my financial target for private surgery. I have managed to save most of the funds myself, however, saving this amount of money while also being a student is challenging.

I have been waiting for my entire life to live freely and authentically. I have continuously been working towards this goal, and I finally feel like I am getting closer to it. So if you can help me reach my goal, it would make a massive difference to my transition journey, everyday life, and reality.

Given the current cost of living crisis, I am mindful that not everyone may be in a position to donate to my fund, and that is entirely understandable. However, it would be fantastic if you could share this post as it would help reach those in a better position to donate to my fund.
