Zechariah Precour, our beloved son, brother and uncle and cousin, and the youngest of five children of Gema and Lance Precour, was tragically taken from us on May 6th.
Zechariah loved life, family, all his many friends, and his fur baby Mahalko. He loved nature and music, always singing and dancing. He loved helping people and working with disabled individuals at the Rainier school. Even at the very end, he was selfless and giving. He will live on in the many individuals who will receive his gift of life through his donation as an organ donor.
This tragic loss has caught our family completely off guard and had an enormous emotional impact on the family and friends. No mother and father should ever have to put their baby to rest. We have never been a family of wealth except the wealth of love we have for our brother. If you can find it your hearts to donate, we would appreciate any gift, big or small, to honor our big hearted baby brother Zechariah Zane Precour
Some things I want to say about zechariah is his laugh. Man it stood out and he could make anyone in the room feel so good and happy just by being himself and letting go. His laugh made you feel free, and forget about any and everything else in the world. Over the last couple years he picked up a new hobby as well. He really got into being a plant lover. All sorts of plants. There was a time or two a plant didn't survive but he didn't give up. He continued to master his green thumb. He loved to share this hobby with others as well. His mother gema and him would go plant shopping, looking at little starts they could both do together. Zechariah has a plant collection so large it consumes where he lives. His sister Alicia will be taking over the plant colony he started, as a rememberance to him. Zechariah spent the last year really working on his life. To grow mentally and work on things that had been holding him back. He made major strides, and I just want everyone to know how proud of him we are. That we know how hard he was trying, an his growth was huge.
