- On May 12th Zeb was in a freak accident while helping a friend change a tire. The jack slipped while releasing the under-car spare wheel, and Zeb was pinned underneath the vehicle with the car resting on his upper chest. His girlfriend Marjorie, Dad and friend were able to work fast while full of fear to get him unpinned and pulled out from the vehicle. He was rushed to Mercy hospital. It is a miracle that he survived the night, and there was tremendous concern about how long he was deprived of oxygen. At this point, Zeb is off the ventilator and oxygen. He is very sore; he is working on lung health, having issues with blood pressure and still monitoring how the injury may affect his memory and overall brain health. Zeb remembers his family members but not the last two days. It is a miracle he has no broken bones. He will be moved out of the ICU and hopefully released from the hospital soon to begin therapy and recover from home. We are setting this fund up to help with uncovered medical expenses, future unforeseen medical needs, and help with living expenses since he will be out of work for an unknown time. Our family would like to thank everyone for all the thoughts and prayers.
