Hello,

Many of you may know this strong loving couple, Zeb and Nicole Hamby. Nicole had her first diagnosis of Cancer 14 years ago. Since then they have had many ups and downs in their battle. They have been through many treatments, doctor’s visits and sleepless nights. Despite all of the struggle, this couple has remained devoted to each other and positive.

Nicole is a wonderful woman who displays all the qualities of a loving and capable wife; always showing her smile, even when she does not feel well. Whenever friends and family go to show their support and give encouragement to Zeb and Nicole, the friends themselves leave feeling better than when they arrived due to the love Zeb and Nicole show. Nicole has become the role model to many women of someone who puts loyalty, kindness and the feelings of others first. Nicole has always put her faith as the highest priority. Although in her own battle, Nicole along with Zeb dedicate many hours of their week to a volunteer ministry, helping others improve their own lives.

As you might imagine, battling cancer is very expensive. Despite this, Zeb has remained devoted to taking care of this lovely wife; supporting her physically, emotionally and spiritually. Many times, this has meant staying at home to care for his wife instead of working. If any man has ever wondered how he adds up as a husband, experiencing the challenges that Zeb has faced would give a true determination.

Recently they decided, because of the progress of the Cancer and the options given, that they will enjoy the time they have together without any further treatment. Zeb and Nicole appreciate all of the prayers and words of encouragement that friends and family have given thus far. Donations of any size are also greatly appreciated. Donations will help continue to pay for expenses as well as normal living costs during the coming months.
