James Anthony Mungia is a full-time employee here at Arrow Civil, LLC, and a has become a huge part of team and a important part of our family.  James suffered a major injury yesterday while at work during a freak accident.  He is stable and is currently recovering at University of Colorado Hospital here in Denver.   His prognosis is good, and while the sky looks brighter today, his family is still suffering from the shock and the logistical issues it has caused them.  We are looking to help James and his family by  donating money for their food, travels, lodging and anything else that they need during this difficult time.
