It is with deep sorrow that we share the unexpected passing of Micheal (Mike) Stricker, a cherished father, husband, son, and friend, who left us far too soon at the age of 51. On May 13th, 2025, Mike passed away suddenly, leaving behind his loving Wife, Sharon and their four children, who now face life without the man who was their rock, their guide, and their source of unwavering love. While the pain is still fresh, we want to celebrate the life of a man who brought so much love, laughter, and chaos (in the best way possible) to everyone he met.

Mike was a devoted father who always put his family first. He had a heart of gold, a smile that could light up any room, and a dedication to his loved ones that knew no bounds. Whether he was offering advice, lending a helping hand, or simply spending time with those he loved, he made everyone feel special and cared for. He didn’t care about perfection, but he cared deeply about the people around him. He had an uncanny ability to show up exactly when you needed him, even if you didn’t ask, and you could always count on him for a good laugh—even if it was at his own expense.

His infectious laughter and absurd sense of humor made the hardest days a little lighter, and there was never a dull moment when Mike was around. And if there was? He’d find a way to create one. If you were in trouble, Mike would find a way to help you out—and somehow make you feel better while doing it. He might’ve been the last person to ask for help, but he was the first to offer it.

His unexpected passing has left a void that no one could have imagined, and while the emotional pain is overwhelming, the financial burden on our family is also a harsh reality. Now, we find ourselves in need of support. The financial burden that comes with an unexpected loss is more than we can handle alone, and we are asking for your help. We’re hoping to raise funds to cover the funeral expenses and provide some relief to our family during this challenging time. We know Mike would have hated to see us asking for assistance, but as he always taught us, it’s okay to lean on others in times of need.
