Ambiguously Grey , or AG, is a mixed ultimate frisbee team based out of Washington, DC. We've been in existence for 5 years during which time we've earned recognition as the premiere mixed team in the Washington, DC metro area. Each year we compete in sectionals and regionals with the hope of earning one of 16 spots at the National Championship . 

This year for the very first time, AG beat our longtime Philly rival (Amp) to win the region and earn a bid to Nationals, which takes place October 1-4 in Frisco, Tx. 

Our team is made up of a diverse group of young adults, ages 21-34, and some of our teammates need your help to get there! Any donation, large or small, will go a long way to supoorting our team represent the underdog at this year's National Championship. 

In case you're still on the fence about whether to help us out, please take a second to read the poem below, which was written by one of our captains and sent to our team the night before regionals (fyi Legions, Ponies, and Penguinos were some of the teams we had to play at Regionals).

'Twas the night before Regionals, and all through DC, the mixed teams were stirring, ready to play some frisbee, 
The pools have been set and the fields lined with care, ready for action as discs fly through the air,
What does the weekend hold for a team so ambiguous? Could their army of grey accomplish what one might say is ridiculous?

After a season of selfies and a new type of "bear fight", AG is ready to soar to new heights!!
We've survived our olympics and run our tabatas, now Legions, Ponies, and Penguinos look like tasty fritattas!
As one team united, others will bow to our good graces, and that's not just because we've got beautiful faces!
But this little ol' man is getting slower and older, he wonders where he'll turn when he needs to lean on a shoulder,
No way 400 lunges can fix what's genetic and aging, yet a twinkle in his eye, what does he find so engaging?

A look at the roster gives him the world's biggest grin, cause with the team he's playing with he knows they will win!!
Youngins, oldies, all with mad game, he swells with pride when he considers each name.

Now Abbey and Maggie, and E-Che and K-Che, we've got Wizards, and Tigers, Tievskys and Lemons!
Every team needs a Grabowski ... good thing we have double! With just these players, every opponent's in trouble.

But with Thaws from the Island and Truskins from the north, nothing can stop us even if we're seeded fourth,
A McLellan, a McLean, and a MacArthur too, and in the end McWinning is all they know how to do,
The list continues with Jarnail, Charlie, Ellen and Riki, and who could forget Shannon and Pez who are both oh so quickie?
With a dash of Andrew, and a pinch of Bo'h, garnish it with Golsa and ice it up with Flo,
This is a recipe for disaster if your team name rhymes with F***YouAmp, it's about damn time this region got a new champ,

Whisper each name and your spirit grows stronger, on the strength of your teammates your shadow grows longer,
This weekend gives you the chance to recommit to our core value, you know AG gives 100 percent nothing else shall do.
A Grey army that's positive and stays up through the game, work for your teammates will lead us to fame!

And when all the games have been played and the dust finally clears, one name will strike every nationals' team with fear,

Then we'll turn to the nation and with one voice proudly say, "We're Ambiguously Grey and we're here to stay!!"
