Save a senior from homelessness

The place I have been living in the past several years has been sold to a developer who wants to clear the land to build a condo and apartment complex. I have to vacate but have no funds or even a car to do so. I must be out by mid-March. I am partially crippled as well as having no funds (this time of year I take a BIG monthly hit trying to stay semi-warm - $350 or more for heating oil). I am on Social Security which means I have nothing left after paying expenses, which has included more than usual medical costs this year.

Please help me get out of this mess. I just want a place to move to and have my meager belongings and cat and to spend my remaining days.
