My fiancé, Kevin, is currently inpatient with liver failure, blood infection, thrombocytopenia, macrocytic anemia, as well as some other things. He does not currently have health insurance.

At this time, we are unsure how long he will be in the hospital or when he will be able to return to work. He has already accumulated a HUGE bill at the hospital and will for sure need numerous medications, labs, and doctor's visits on an outpatient basis once he is discharged. With no insurance and the possibility he will not even be able to work, that will be a huge financial burden.

We are asking that you help in any way possible so that he can get the care and medication he needs to get better and hopefully get back to a normal life. If you can’t donate, we understand. Prayers and well wishes are also much appreciated I will update as we know more. Thank you!

Update: they just took him to have a PICC line placed and he will need IV antibiotics at home. If we are unable to pay whatever the cost is, he will not be able to get them. I’m not sure what will happen at that point. Please donate if you can and keep praying!!!!!! PLEASE!!!

update 9/9: He is still inpatient and will be here for at least 2 more weeks until his blood infection is gone. Once he is released, he will follow with infectious disease for continued care on outpatient basis. We appreciate all the calls, visits, donations, and kind words as we try to navigate through this difficult time.
