Hi, my names Ezra Mitchell. I’m a 22 year old trans man looking to get top surgery. I’ve been transitioning for 9 years now and have advocated for transgender rights along side it.

I’ve wanted to get top surgery for as long as i can remember but have never had the funds or support to do so. My insurance also stopped assisting with gender affirming care a few years ago which has made this even more of a struggle.

Your donation will give me the ability to reach a better quality of life and the chance to live more authentically. My top surgery will help reduce gender dysphoria and alleviate extreme distress caused by the physical incongruence between my gender identity and assigned sex. It will also reduce physical discomfort caused by binding, which can cause long-term health issues if done incorrectly or for an extended period of time. Your donations will go towards helping me cover the cost of the surgery, and additional funds to cover associated costs such as travel, lodging and recovery time off work.
