My dad has been having pain for months now. What he thought was a sciatic nerve led him to the hospital. From there he found out that  he had an even bigger problem. The X-ray showed degenerative disc in the hip area. They suggested him to get a MRI which had already been in the process from his pulmonologist which suggested a PET scan. The PET scan (3/3/2020) showed cancer in the kidneys, both hips, spine, muscles in the back, and in the lungs. He has been in excruciating pain and went back to ER 3/5/2020. He didn’t get to make it to his Biopsy which was scheduled for today 3/6/2020. They informed him he is in stage 4. The cancer is very aggressive and chemotherapy will not help him but only make these days more painful. With that being said, he has opt to bring hospice in to keep him comfortable until these coming days. While all this has taken place , he has not been able to work. He has rent that was due 3/5/2020. We want this time to be stress free and him not to worry about the burden of eviction and moving. The community around him knows this kind, gentle, loving heart this man has. We ask if there is any helping hand that can pitch in to make these days stress free, donate what is able. The family thanks everyone in advance and ask to continue prayer for Dwight Hardin!
