Support Randy's Fight Against Leukemia
Donation protected
Hello, my name is Aarianna Snow, and my husband’s name is Randy Snow, Jr. A lot of people don’t know that my husband, Randy Snow, Jr., has recently been diagnosed with CML leukemia. CML leukemia is a slowly progressing and uncommon type of blood-cell cancer that begins in the bone marrow. Any kind of cancer diagnosis is extremely devastating not only to him but to his family also. It has come as a huge shock to everyone that he will be fighting for remission the rest of his life. And even if the doctors are able to get him in remission, there is always a chance that this cancer could come back. He has been sick a lot longer than we have had his diagnosis, but the past month has been especially hard. He spent a week in the hospital awaiting a diagnosis only to be told it is a life-changing illness that has no cure. He has missed a lot of work and will continue to miss even more as we work our way towards remission. We are asking for donations to help with medical expenses and everyday bills and expenses while my husband fights cancer. Cancer is one of the worst diagnoses that you can get because unlike most other diseases, there is no cure for cancer. There will be costs for his co-pay for his appointments, his medications, and even everyday expenses like gas to get back and forth to his visits and also help with the bills that we have fallen behind on while adjusting to the new changes we are having to make to accommodate him being able to rest and heal. I have been working, but unfortunately, we just don’t live in a world where a family can run on one income anymore. I take care of our son during the day and work in the afternoon/night to try and make ends meet, and Randy works when he is able to, but more often than not, he ends up missing a lot of work due to doctor’s visits and just him needing to stay home due to the pain he feels. This has taken a huge emotional toll on us all, but we have faith that we will make it through this.
Anything is appreciated, and we are so thankful for all the love and support that we have received so far. Thank you for all the prayers, and for everyone who has stepped forward to help us through this tough time.
