In memory of Tia.

My name is Abbie, Tia is my younger sister and my best friend. Unfortunately on the 18th of May 2025, Tia took her own life at 20.

She was not only my sister, she was my best friend, my absolute rock. Tia has always been besides me for the last 20 years and I don’t know a life without her. We grew up inseparable, we did everything together. I still can’t believe any of this is real. None of us can and we’re all completely destroyed.

She struggled for so long with her mental health. She asked for help multiple times but was let down so much by Essex Mental Health services.

Tia is an amazing soul, who had so much love to give. She cared so deeply about those around her and had such a big love for animals, especially her pet rats. She was so loved so deeply by everyone who knew her. Tia would do anything for anyone around her and we want to be able to give her a beautiful proper send off, the best that my little sister deserves.

Anything would help, we are so grateful as a family. We just want to give Tia the best send off.
