This man is the love of my life.  He has given everything to help me raise 8 kids.  We raised two kids, Amy and Alan to adulthood and now are raising Alex, Gabe, Bella, Abigelle, Reno and Jr.  We dealt with Abigelle's cancer and thankfully she has been cancer free for almost 6 years. 

Now Tuala is going thru this fight himself.  He was just diagnosed with prostate cancer.  He is due to have a CT and bone scan so they can grade it and stage it.  We got the preauthorization in the mail from the insurance over a week ago and nothing was mentioned about a large copay.  Today, two days before the tests, I get a call saying we need $1000 copay.  I think this is just the beginning of many more copays due.  I am determined he will get the tests and treatment he needs no matter what I need to do or ask for help to get it.

In our journey with these kids, people keep telling us that we will be blessed.  When Tuala was first diagnosed with cancer, many people told us just ask and they would help us with whatever we need.   Now I am asking.
