My name is Douglas McCutcheon. I am starting a GoFundMe page for my nephew, Gregory Paul McCutcheon, who at the age of eight was diagnosed with type one diabetes. Gregory has been on insulin ever since.

Gregory is currently 35 years old and in complete renal failure. He is receiving kidney dialysis 4 days a week and waiting to be added to a kidney transplant list. Gregory lives in Summersville, WV, and receives his dialysis at the Summersville Dialysis Center. Several times a month, Gregory is required to travel to larger hospitals in different parts of the state and has also been to Pittsburgh a few times.

The amount of travel he incurs for his treatments leaves no room in his budget to cover his normal living expenses. I am starting this fund to help Gregory pay his rent, utilities, wear and tear on vehicles, along with other expenses so he can continue to live independently and support himself.

Anyone who knows Gregory knows he was a dedicated employee with an excellent work ethic and worked until his health would no longer let him continue. Gregory has a heart of gold and would do anything for anybody and put everyone ahead of himself.
