My name is Richard Smith founder of ACG helping Philly I started this organization in 2018 in honor of my grandson who was tragically murdered in October of 2017 on the Streets of Philadelphia our mission is to provide free educational plumbing and carpentry , electrical skills to Youth and adults ages 16 to 24 located in the Philadelphia and surrounding areas we strive to Aide against the gun violence that is plaguing our city by providing Our Youth and Young adults with the alternative to being on the streets offering paid training a safe environment and group counseling sessions that will lead to full-time employment within the building industry
