Hello I'm Ana Victoria, and I was born in November 8th, 2015. I'm a happy little girl, eager to grow up, play with my sister, go to school and enjoy life. The problem is that I was born with a congenital problem in my kidneys known as horseshoe kidney. Doctors told my parents that we would have to wait until I was one year old to decide if the surgery  was necessary for me to get better. 

However, I am barely 4 months old and my medical condition has become urgent, therefore I need to have the surgery done in less than 3 weeks from now. This surgery must happen much earlier and cost much more than what my family can afford. That is why we are inviting you to join us in our prayers and if it is in your heart and possibilities, to donate some money which could help me to pay for the medical bills.
