Just in this year I have started transitioning so far everything has been going extremely well but my dysphoria has been making me feel more & more incomplete as time goes on. I wanted to get top surgery this yr but financially i am unstable to pay for it on my own. I have been saving what I can towards my surgery but I will need 6,800 to get it done.
