Hi, my name is Lauren! I’ve made this fundraiser because my little baby Macho needs an unexpected surgery for a fully torn cruciate ligament.

3 years ago, I adopted Macho from the shelter.

He came from an abusive house and was confiscated by the police, then had to spend months alone in the shelter before he found his forever home with me.

This summer on one of our adventures, Macho injured his leg which led to a full tear in his ligament. In order to get him back to experiencing a full enriching life, he needs this surgery. He’s been to see the vet quite a bit the past few months which has been pricey, and I’m finally getting pushed to surgery which is costly after all the bills.

My goal is to give Macho the quality of life he deserves and have him back to running around on our adventures!
