Supporting the Hefner Family with Medical Expenses

Hello Everyone,
Some of you may be aware of the current situation the Hefner family is currently experiencing. For those of you that don't know, here is as much of the background we are able to provide.
When one of the family members was recently diagnosed with a very severe & life threatening disease, there weren't many options available but to go ahead and begin treatment as soon as possible. None of these type of treatments are ever cheap or fully covered by medical insurance(s). Having gone through most of their personal financial savings already in trying to cover not just treatments, medication and mayor surgery - we decided it was time for us to start this fundraiser in order to support the Hefner family.
Anyone who has met the Hefner family knows they are the kindest people you could meet. Having given so much to the local Killeen/Copperas Cove community, through either Church, Boys Scouts, as well as volunteering in many other local community inspired events year-round, it only seems right to now give back as much as possible.
We may not know the full extent of this and what future financial burden this might have, but we DO know that every little donation will help the family. Please join us in donating anything you can to take some burden of their shoulders. That will allow the family to focus on fighting and ultimately beating this disease.
