Hello, my name is Shatoria. I want to share with you a very personal and heartbreaking story. On November 6th, 2025, I received devastating news that has completely changed our lives. My beloved goddaughter, Zaniyah, who is just 4 years old, has been diagnosed with cancer. After a series of tests and examinations, she was diagnosed with Stage 4 Wilms Tumor, an aggressive form of kidney cancer. What initially seemed like a simple stomach bug or minor discomfort quickly escalated into something unimaginable and frightening.

As her legal guardian, I am committed to doing everything in my power to support her through this difficult journey. Balancing her care along with the needs of my other three children at home has been overwhelming, but I am determined to stay strong for Zaniyah. The road ahead is long and uncertain, involving frequent trips to the nearest children’s hospital for critical surgeries, various medical procedures, and intensive chemotherapy treatments. Each day presents new challenges, but we are holding onto hope and faith that she will get better.

This journey is not one we can face alone.
